Don’t we all love surprises on mothers day, what our littles ones will think of, they’re little crafts they have spent so much time on.
This year my daughter, in her class wrote all these facts about me (mom). Beside the question”things mom does well” was the word cooking written in her 5 year old writing, you can say that surprised me.
I wouldn’t say I’m a bad cook, but it defiantly is not one of my strengths. I always try to find new healthy recipes for us to try and looks good for my daughter to eat, and lets say they do not always turn out the way they look in the picture or taste the way I think it should.
So my journey for this year is to make, what my 5 year old says come true. Practice my cooking, stay healthy, and promote fun, healthy, experimental cooking.
Can’t wait to see what this year will bring.
